SUNPLUS 黑點(diǎn)檢測(cè)儀的用途Application
按相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析樹(shù)脂片或顆粒的雜質(zhì)黑點(diǎn)的大小、數(shù)量，以及黑點(diǎn)顆粒占比數(shù)。
This equipment evaluates the number and size of blackspot,as well as the ratio of blackspot in beads,for resin sheet or pellet
in accordance with relevant industry standard or code.
適用于透明、半透明、不透明的膜片、顆粒，如PP、PE、PVC、PPS 等等。
Applicable for inspection and analysis for transparent or semitransparent or even opaque materials,such as PP,PE,PVC,PPS，etc.
也適用薄膜等透明體的黑點(diǎn)和內(nèi)在疵點(diǎn)的檢測(cè)和分析。
Also can be used to detect and analyze black spots or defects of inner quality in transparent film.

1. 測(cè)量規(guī)格：0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3,0.4mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm，…,等等,按選用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可在軟件界面選定。

Detects the size and quantity of blackspot,as well as the ratio of BS in beads.
2. 可提供黑點(diǎn)、損壞顆粒，以及膜片質(zhì)地紋路的分布圖譜。
Provides mapping of blackspots or inner quality,as well as the defected bead.
3. 黑點(diǎn)或膜片質(zhì)地分布可放大和縮小。
Ability to zoom in and out to view blackspot or striation in sample. Showing in detail the texture shape of it.
