L C定量脫壓式全封閉稀油分配器/定量全封閉容積式稀油分配器

工作原理
A：計(jì)量活塞動(dòng)作行程
B ：傘形雙向閥動(dòng)作行程見(jiàn)上圖，從潤(rùn)滑泵壓送的油從主管A注入，并將傘形雙向閥B向推開(kāi)流入，通過(guò)通路C壓送活塞室到F內(nèi)。受壓力油作用下計(jì)量活塞向下動(dòng)作彈簧G被壓縮蓄油，從而進(jìn)行計(jì)量蓄油，當(dāng)主管A內(nèi)油壓被釋放<即卸壓>，傘形閥B因壓力差而動(dòng)作，同時(shí)開(kāi)啟吐出口E，于是活室內(nèi)計(jì)量蓄油通過(guò)吐出口E送入油管H而將油輸送到潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)，信號(hào)銷I當(dāng)計(jì)量蓄油時(shí)突出．而供油給潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)時(shí)縮回，從而確認(rèn)分配動(dòng)作完成情況。
