三、試驗過程：
?試驗條板的長度尺寸不應(yīng)小于2m 。
?取條板三塊為一組樣本，按圖1所示組裝并固定，上下鋼管中心間距為板長減去100mm，即（L-100)mm。
?板縫用與板材材質(zhì)相符的專用砂漿粘結(jié)，板與板之間擠緊，接縫處用玻璃纖維布搭接，并用砂漿壓實、刮平。

?24h后將裝有30Kg重，粒徑2mm以下細(xì)砂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂袋用直徑10mm左右的繩子固定在其中心距板面100mm的鋼環(huán)上，使砂袋垂懸狀態(tài)時的重心位于L/2高度處（如圖2所示）。
?以繩長為半徑沿圓弧將砂袋在與板面垂直的平面內(nèi)拉開，使重心提高500mm（標(biāo)尺測量）。
?然后自由擺動下落，沖擊設(shè)定位置，反復(fù)5次。
?目測板兩面有無貫通裂縫，記錄試驗結(jié)果。
?試驗結(jié)果僅適用于所測條板長度尺寸以內(nèi)的條板。
