The extruder is mainly composed of an extrusion barrel, a piston, front and rear covers, and orifice plates.

建筑密封膠擠出器組裝與使用：
★將活塞和活塞環(huán)裝在一起，放入擠出筒中，活塞環(huán)的一側(cè)朝向擠出孔。將試樣填入擠出筒中，注意勿混入空氣，將填滿的試樣表面修平，然后將前蓋、孔板及后蓋裝在擠出筒上。
★使滑板處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，將組裝好的擠出器與空壓機(jī)相連接。使擠出器置于相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的空氣壓力之下，在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中保持壓力穩(wěn)定。
★測(cè)試之前擠出（2-3）cm長(zhǎng)的試樣，使試樣充滿擠出器的孔。
