該儀器為數(shù)字顯示，手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)絲杠施加壓力，適用于各類巖石膨脹性試驗(yàn)中的體積不變條件下的膨脹壓力試驗(yàn)，配有透水板，千分表等試驗(yàn)裝置。

巖石膨脹壓力試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)步驟：
■將試件放人內(nèi)壁涂有凡士林的金屬套環(huán)內(nèi)，在試件上下分別放置薄型濾紙和金屬透水板。
■安裝加壓系統(tǒng)及量測(cè)試件變形的測(cè)表。
■應(yīng)使儀器各部位和試件在同一軸線上，不得出現(xiàn)偏心荷載。
■對(duì)試件施加產(chǎn)生O.O1MPa壓力的荷載，測(cè)讀試件變形測(cè)表讀數(shù)，每隔l0min讀數(shù)1次，直至3次讀數(shù)不變。
■加的荷載，應(yīng)保持試件高度在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程始終不變。
■開(kāi)始時(shí)每隔10min讀數(shù)1次，連續(xù)3次讀數(shù)差小于0.001mm時(shí)，改為每1h讀數(shù)1次
■浸水后總試驗(yàn)時(shí)間不得少于48h.
■試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)保持水位不變。水溫變化不得大于2℃
■試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)描述試件表面的泥化和軟化現(xiàn)象。
Rock expansion pressure tester test steps:
■ Place the test piece on the inner wall of the metal collar of Vaseline, and place thin filter paper and metal permeable plate on top of the test piece.
■Installation of the pressure system and the measurement of the deformation of the test piece.
■ The parts of the instrument and the test piece should be on the same axis, and no eccentric load should occur.
■ Apply a load of O.O1MPa pressure to the test piece, read the deformation table reading of the test piece, and read it every l0min until the reading is unchanged.
■ For the applied load, the height of the test piece should be kept constant throughout the test.
■Read every 10 minutes at the beginning, and change the readings every 1h to 1 time for 3 consecutive readings.
■ The total test time after water immersion shall not be less than 48h.
■ The water level should be kept constant during the test. Water temperature change must not exceed 2 °C
■ After the test, the muddy and softened surface of the test piece should be described.
