微機(jī)控制靜載錨固試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)：
該臥式靜載錨固機(jī)由主機(jī)和控制柜（含油源、泵站）及微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成。
■主機(jī)：由負(fù)荷傳感器、機(jī)架、吊架、吊梁、圍板、千斤頂及墊板、錨板、錨具等組成。其中錨板、錨具及墊板隨做不同的試驗(yàn)根數(shù)而更換不同的錨板和錨具。
■控制柜：由控制面板、電機(jī)泵、送油閥、回油閥、截止閥、電磁換向閥、電液伺服數(shù)字閥、管路、油箱等系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成，主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)油缸（千斤頂）、活塞啟動(dòng)、后退、停止、壓力大小、速度快慢的控制。

The horizontal static load anchoring machine is composed of three parts: main machine and control cabinet (including oil source and pump station) and microcomputer control system.
■ Main machine: It consists of load sensor, frame, hanger, hanging beam, fence, jack and pad, anchor plate, anchorage, etc. Among them, the anchor plate, the anchorage and the backing plate are replaced with different anchor plates and anchorages according to the number of tests.
■ Control cabinet: It consists of control panel, motor pump, oil delivery valve, oil return valve, shut-off valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, electro-hydraulic servo digital valve, pipeline, fuel tank and other systems. Start, back, stop, pressure level, speed control.
