一、儀器簡介：

1. Introduction
The Diffar abrasion tester is suitable for the abrasion resistance test of flocculent mineral fibers, as well as the abrasion rate test of the European standard, French standard and other related standards on the stone aggregate, that is, the anti-friction and impact resistance test. The wear resistance of the stone can be measured. For some stone materials, this abrasion strength is different in dry and hydrated conditions. It is mainly used for the abrasion rate test of stone, that is, anti-friction, anti-impact, as an index to identify aggregate quality.
二、 主要結(jié)構(gòu)：
狄法爾磨耗試驗機有滾筒、密封蓋、支架、變速箱、電機、控制器等部份所組成。整機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單操作方便，運行時間可調(diào)。
2. Main structure
The Diffar abrasion tester is composed of rollers, sealing covers, brackets, gearboxes, motors, and controllers. The whole structure is simple and easy to operate, and the running time is adjustable.
三、 儀器特點：
它包括有四個一端封口的空心圓筒，對于粒度介于 4 至14 毫米之間的粒料，圓筒內(nèi)直徑為 200±1 毫米，有效長度為154±1 毫米。圓筒為不銹鋼材質(zhì)(Z 2 CN 18-10), 厚度不小于3 毫米。它們被安裝在兩條水平軸上。每個圓筒可以用于一個試驗。圓筒內(nèi)部不能存在任何由于焊接或固定方式引起的隆突不平。用8 毫米厚的平蓋來封閉圓筒。通過平蓋上的接縫來確保密封性。磨料由直徑為 10±0.5 毫米的不銹鋼圓形滾珠組成 Z 30 C 13。使鋼珠通過兩個間距為 9.5 毫米的平行棒，或者以10 個用過的滾珠為一組稱量其質(zhì)量，該質(zhì)量不能夠小于34 克，由此快速地檢查滾珠的直徑。一個電動機(大約1 千瓦)，它必須確保圓筒以100tr/min±5 tr/min 的速度勻速旋轉(zhuǎn)。一個在試驗結(jié)束時可以自動中斷發(fā)動機運轉(zhuǎn)。
Three, instrument characteristics
It includes four hollow cylinders sealed at one end. For pellets with a particle size between 4 and 14 mm, the inner diameter of the cylinder is 200 ± 1 mm and the effective length is 154 ± 1 mm. The cylinder is made of stainless steel (Z 2 CN 18-10), and the thickness is not less than 3 mm. They are mounted on two horizontal shafts. Each cylinder can be used for one test. There should not be any bulges caused by welding or fixing in the cylinder. Use an 8 mm thick flat cap to close the cylinder. Sealing is ensured by the seams on the flat cover. The abrasive consists of stainless steel round balls with a diameter of 10±0.5 mm Z 30 C 13. Pass the steel ball through two parallel rods with a spacing of 9.5 mm, or weigh the mass of 10 used balls as a group. The mass cannot be less than 34 grams, thereby quickly checking the diameter of the balls. An electric motor (approximately 1 kilowatt), which must ensure that the cylinder rotates at a constant speed of 100 tr/min ± 5 tr/min. One can automatically interrupt engine operation at the end of the test.
