磚瓦泛霜箱操作規(guī)程：
■ 將實驗組的磚樣分別直立于5個淺盤中，往前盤中注入水面高度不低于20mm的蒸餾水，用有機玻璃或塑料薄膜覆蓋在淺盤上，并將磚樣通過有機玻璃或塑料薄膜上留有的長方形孔暴露在外面，記錄時間。
■磚樣浸在盤中的時間為7天。開始1~2天內(nèi)經(jīng)常加水以保持盤內(nèi)水面的高度。在這7天內(nèi)要求室內(nèi)溫度控制在16~32℃，相對濕度為30~70%。
■ 7天后將試驗組和對照組磚樣同時放入烘箱內(nèi)，溫度恒定在110~115℃，連續(xù)干燥24小時后取出冷卻到常溫，檢查并記錄泛霜程度。
Brick and tile frost box operation rules:

■ The brick sample is immersed in the dish for 7 days. Add water frequently for the first 1-2 days to keep the water level in the pan. In these 7 days, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 16 ~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 30 ~ 70%.
■ After 7 days, put the bricks of the test group and the control group into the oven at the same time, the temperature is constant at 110 ~ 115 ℃, and after taking 24 hours of continuous drying, take out and cool to normal temperature, check and record the degree of frost.
磚瓦泛霜箱使用說明：
■將未浸過水的10塊磚樣分成五對，每對磚的敲擊聲音相近，顏色相近，外觀基本一致。
■再從每對磚樣中取出一塊，共五塊，按順序編號作為實驗組。
■另外五塊作為對照組，也按同樣順序編號。
■用毛刷把粘附在磚樣上的粉塵刷掉，然后把這十塊磚樣放在110~115℃的烘箱內(nèi)烘干到恒重，將磚樣取出盛放在泛霜試驗箱內(nèi)冷卻到常溫即可開始試驗。
