磚瓦爆裂蒸煮箱使用方法（使用時(shí)請(qǐng)?jiān)敿?xì)閱讀說明書）
★在箱內(nèi)放足所需試驗(yàn)的清水（參考國(guó)標(biāo)510）再放入試件蓋上蓋子。
★在水封箱內(nèi)放清水，放氣口可安一短管。
★接通電源進(jìn)行加熱。
★當(dāng)達(dá)到溫度后，調(diào)節(jié)定時(shí)器使試驗(yàn)時(shí)間自動(dòng)停止工作。

★ Put the required test water in the box (refer to GB 510) and put the test piece on the cover.
★ Put water in the water seal box, and the air outlet can be short.
★ Turn on the power to heat.

磚瓦爆裂蒸煮箱調(diào)整方法:
★在正式使用前，首先檢查電源情況、絕緣電阻及接地線。
★先空箱放入清水將溫度計(jì)調(diào)到100℃。
★在調(diào)好以后，就可進(jìn)行工作，在箱內(nèi)溫度恒溫后，綠燈自動(dòng)停止（表示停止加溫）；紅燈亮，如果需要自動(dòng)斷電可將計(jì)時(shí)器進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，方法如下：按計(jì)時(shí)器，如設(shè)定30分鐘，即設(shè)置成“0030"然后打開開關(guān)設(shè)定如溫度即可計(jì)時(shí)。
★本蒸煮箱是常壓容器，不能做受壓試驗(yàn)，因此有些蒸汽泄出。

★使用前應(yīng)檢查絕緣電阻和箱體接地情況。
★不允許不加水干燒。
★溫度計(jì)應(yīng)隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)，保證可靠的自動(dòng)控制。
★儀器接地要良好。
