石膏恒溫恒濕箱操作規(guī)程：
①應將儀器置于通風干燥處，在環(huán)境溫度2~38℃,相對濕度不大于85%,周圍無強烈振動及強電磁場影響的室內使用。
②砂漿養(yǎng)護箱安放平穩(wěn)后，應檢查門開關是否靈活，電氣、制冷等部件是否損壞。
③將箱內水箱加水至末層擱架以下，電熱管以上2cm，把側門打開將加濕器水箱內加注滿蒸餾水，另把測溫干濕盒內塑料球里注滿水，并把紗布泡入水中。
④將電源插頭插入具有良好接地的220V插座中，HBY-30按動電源開關，儀器自動進入工作狀態(tài)。
⑤出廠時砂漿養(yǎng)護箱已編入標準設定程序，溫度控制值為20.0℃±1.0℃,濕度控制值為95%±1.5%,無特殊要求,不能改變控制程序,否則將可能出現(xiàn)控溫、控濕超出技術范圍，如需要改變控制值數(shù)據(jù)，可按照控溫儀說明書修改程序。
注意事項：
①電源電壓波動超過規(guī)定使用范圍，必須安裝電源穩(wěn)壓器，否則將會損壞儀表及制冷機。
②電源接地一定要可靠，接地不良會對您的人身安全帶來危險。

石膏恒溫恒濕箱常見故障排除方法：
①整機不工作：檢查電源開關，保險絲是否損壞。
②不制冷：檢查儀表是否顯示制冷狀態(tài)，檢查壓縮機過載保護器，起動器是否損壞，壓縮機能正常運轉而不制冷則可能是制冷劑泄漏。
③加濕器不加濕：檢查加濕器內小風機是否工作，加濕器底座內水位是否過高，加濕器安放是否傾斜過大，霧化換能器是否干凈。
④箱內溫差大：檢查風機是否工作，制冷指示燈亮而風機不工作，則風機損壞或保險絲壞。
