一、用途：

MC2424型門窗檢測儀是我公司綜合現(xiàn)行的GB/T7106-2008和GB/T7106-2019門窗新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，研制開發(fā)的型門窗檢測設(shè)備，專門用于建筑門窗氣密性、水密性、抗風(fēng)壓性能的檢測。

MC2424型門窗檢測儀即可滿足現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，也滿足門窗新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，真正做到新老標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兼容。

1. Purpose:

The MC2424 door and window detector is the latest door and window inspection equipment developed by our company based on the current GB/T7106-2008 and GB/T7106-2019 new standards for doors and windows. 五、 設(shè)備主要結(jié)構(gòu)及功能：

設(shè)備由以下部分組成

①壓力源

②雨水噴淋系統(tǒng)

1.◆壓力源

主要由高壓離心風(fēng)機、變頻器和電動換向閥組成，為氣密水密和抗風(fēng)性能在檢測過程中提供不同的壓力，并實現(xiàn)在試驗過程中正負壓力的轉(zhuǎn)換。

2.◆雨水噴淋系統(tǒng)

采用高精度玻璃轉(zhuǎn)子流量計、調(diào)水閥、分水閥和不銹鋼噴嘴，為水密檢測提供符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的淋水量，耐用不生銹。

3.◆靜壓箱

主要由主板、左右框、上框架、底座、噴頭、試件裝夾部分組成，為門窗被檢測試件進行物理性能檢測提供密閉的壓力箱。通過選擇不同尺寸的隔板來檢測不同規(guī)格的試件，方便試件安裝。

4.◆空氣流量測量系統(tǒng)

采用高精度的進口風(fēng)量變送器測量被測試件的空氣滲透量，安裝在扣箱后端的測量管路中。

5.◆空氣收集箱

空氣收集箱主要功能是用來在做氣密性檢測時對空氣滲透量的采集。箱體采用輕便耐用材料制成，重量輕，便于移動，使用方便。

6.◆電器控制系統(tǒng)

主要由工業(yè)控制計算機和電器部分組成，當(dāng)試件裝夾完成后，所有測試過程都由控制系統(tǒng)自動完成。

7.◆位移變形測量系統(tǒng)

采用3只高精度的數(shù)字位移傳感器，測量試件在抗風(fēng)壓性能產(chǎn)生的變形量，位移傳感器安裝方便，不會因為在實驗中靜壓箱所受的壓力影響測量的準(zhǔn)確性。

1. The source of stress

It is mainly composed of a high-pressure centrifugal fan, a frequency converter and an electric reversing valve. It provides different pressures for airtight, watertight and wind resistance during the testing process, and realizes the conversion of positive and negative pressures during the test.

2.◆Rain water sprinkler system

The use of high-precision glass rotor flowmeter, water regulating valve, water diversion valve and stainless steel nozzles provide water-tightness testing with a standard requirement of water spray, which is durable and does not rust.

3.◆Static pressure box

It is mainly composed of main board, left and right frame, upper frame, base, sprinkler, and specimen clamping part, which provides a closed pressure box for physical performance testing of door and window tested specimens. The test pieces of different specifications are detected by selecting partitions of different sizes, which is convenient for the installation of the test pieces.

4.◆Air flow measurement system

The high-precision imported air volume transmitter is used to measure the air permeability of the test piece, and it is installed in the measuring pipeline at the back of the buckle box.

5.◆Air collection box

The main function of the air collection box is to collect air permeability when doing air tightness testing. The box body is made of light and durable materials, light in weight, easy to move and easy to use.

6.◆Electrical control system

It is mainly composed of industrial control computer and electrical parts. After the specimen is clamped, all the test processes are automatically completed by the control system.

7.◆Displacement and deformation measurement system

Three high-precision digital displacement sensors are used to measure the deformation of the test piece in the wind pressure resistance. The displacement sensor is easy to install, and the accuracy of the measurement will not be affected by the pressure of the static pressure box in the experiment.

六、主要技術(shù)特點：

1.◆實現(xiàn)新老標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兼容

MC2424型門窗檢測儀即可滿足現(xiàn)行GB/T106-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，也可滿足GB/T7106-2019新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，極大的方便用戶。

2.◆結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理，強度高

靜壓箱及所有隔板采用金屬框架焊接而成，表面為不銹鋼板，整體為拼裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，該設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)強度高，可以滿足新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)抗風(fēng)壓性能±7000Pa的要求。

3.◆裝夾試件簡單方便

封口板重量輕，易于安裝，試件裝卡簡單方便，可檢測不同規(guī)格試件。

4.◆噴淋系統(tǒng)采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)

噴淋系統(tǒng)及噴嘴均采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)，不但防腐蝕，壽命長，而且噴嘴布置均勻，噴水量可調(diào)節(jié)，保證在試件的表面形成連續(xù)水膜并達到規(guī)定淋水量的要求。

5.◆空氣收集箱可檢測氣密性也可以做安全防護

空氣收集箱采用金屬框架和金屬板焊接而成，表面噴塑處理，整體為拼裝式結(jié)構(gòu)。空氣收集箱與靜壓箱裝夾一起，可以測量試件的空氣滲透量，在做抗風(fēng)壓試驗時空氣收集箱可以起到安全防護的作用，保證試驗安全。

6.◆自動化程度高

系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)控制計算機加可編程變頻器控制，整個試驗過程，數(shù)據(jù)采集，計算全部自動完成。是普通計算機加智能儀表控制形式的高級版。控制系統(tǒng)，穩(wěn)定，可靠，準(zhǔn)確，靈活。

7.◆淘汰機械調(diào)壓閥

采用可編程變頻器，實現(xiàn)了對風(fēng)機無級調(diào)速，即無級調(diào)壓，淘汰機械調(diào)壓閥的落后方式，實現(xiàn)可調(diào)速快捷，方便，準(zhǔn)確，降噪，綠色環(huán)保。

8.◆大幅度節(jié)約能源

采用可編程變頻器調(diào)速調(diào)壓，可以根據(jù)檢測端不同的壓力需求，調(diào)整輸出不同的轉(zhuǎn)速壓力，改變了風(fēng)機一直全負荷工作方式，大大節(jié)約了電能。

The air collection box is welded by a metal frame and a metal plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic treatment, and the whole is an assembled structure. The air collection box is clamped together with the static pressure box to measure the air penetration of the test piece. The air collection box can play a role of safety protection during the wind pressure test to ensure the safety of the test.

6. ◆High degree of automation

The system adopts industrial control computer and programmable frequency converter control, and the whole test process, data acquisition and calculation are all completed automatically. It is an advanced version of ordinary computer plus intelligent instrument control form. The control system is stable, reliable, accurate and flexible.

7.◆Completely eliminate the mechanical pressure regulator

The programmable frequency converter is used to realize the stepless speed regulation of the fan, that is, stepless pressure regulation, which completely eliminates the backward way of the mechanical pressure regulating valve, and realizes the speed adjustment is fast, convenient, accurate, noise reduction, and environmental protection.

The programmable frequency converter is used to adjust the speed and pressure, which can adjust the output speed and pressure according to the different pressure requirements of the detection end, which changes the working mode of the fan at full load and greatly saves electric energy.
