乳化瀝青電荷儀操作方法：
★先連接電源線及電極連線，電極連線請注意插頭插座缺口必須對準，紅色插頭插入紅色插座，黑色插頭插入黑色插座。
★將乳化瀝青試樣用孔徑1.18濾篩過濾，并盛于容器中。
★旋松升降架的鎖緊螺母，抬起升降架，將燒杯放入底座中。
★將過濾的乳化試樣注入燒杯約200ml，放下升降架，使電極板插入乳化瀝青約30mm。
★打開電源開關(guān)，按動定時按鈕，可見按鈕上方的發(fā)光管會發(fā)光，此時定時器進入工作狀態(tài)，定時為3分鐘。
★當發(fā)光管熄滅，表示電極板加點結(jié)束，可抬起升降架，仔細觀察電極板（紅色插頭是正極，黑色插頭為負極）。如果負極板上附有大量瀝青微粒，說明瀝青微粒帶正電荷，則該乳液為陽離子型，反之正極板上吸附有大量瀝青微粒，說明瀝青微粒帶負電荷，則該乳液為陰離子型。
SYD-0653 emulsified asphalt charge tester operation method:
★Connect the power cable and electrode connection first. Please pay attention to the electrode connection. The plug should be aligned. The red plug is inserted into the red socket and the black plug is inserted into the black socket.
★ The emulsified asphalt sample was filtered through a 1.18 sieve and filled in a container.
★ Loosen the lock nut of the lifting frame, lift the lifting frame, and place the beaker into the base.
★Inject the filtered emulsified sample into the beaker for about 200ml, and put down the lifting frame so that the electrode plate is inserted into the emulsified asphalt by about 30mm.
★ Turn on the power switch and press the timing button. The LED above the button will be illuminated. At this time, the timer enters the working state, and the timing is 3 minutes.
★When the LED is off, it means the end of the electrode plate is added, you can lift the lifting frame and carefully observe the electrode plate (the red plug is positive and the black plug is negative). If a large amount of asphalt particles are attached to the negative electrode plate, indicating that the asphalt particles are positively charged, the emulsion is cationic, and if a large amount of asphalt particles are adsorbed on the positive electrode plate, indicating that the asphalt particles are negatively charged, the emulsion is anionic.
乳化瀝青電荷儀儀具與材料：

乳化瀝青電荷儀試驗結(jié)束后，若要清洗電極板，可抬起升降架，擰松導電柱上的固定螺釘，取下電極板即可。
