二、工作原理：

?在鈉基膨潤土防水毯兩側(cè)壓差達(dá)到一定值后，防水毯** 會被破壞。逐級增加試樣兩側(cè)水力壓差，并保持一定時間，當(dāng)出 水口有水流出時， 表明試樣受到破壞，也**獲得了試樣的耐靜水 壓值。

?耐靜水壓試驗采用南55型滲透儀，其中滲透容器主要由透水石、圓筒及頂蓋和底蓋組成。

四、試驗方法：

?在距膨潤土防水毯邊緣 100mm以上的位置上， 畫出直徑與 南 55 型滲透儀的透水石大小相同的圓形弧線，用滴管在圓形弧 線周邊滴適量水，5min后按圓形弧線裁切試樣。

?將透水石放在南55型滲透儀的底部，在透水石上鋪一層石 英砂，將一塊試樣放在石英砂上，試樣周圍空隙部分用膨潤土粉 料添滿壓實， 其高度與試樣的高度相同， 在試樣的上面填滿細(xì)砂， 然后蓋上另一塊透水石和頂蓋， 擰緊螺帽，打開加壓閥門給供水 室適當(dāng)加壓.

?壓力設(shè)定：開機(jī)后按設(shè)定鍵“回" 按移位鍵“>" 再按 調(diào)整鍵“+"和“--"再調(diào)整數(shù)值，調(diào)好后，按設(shè)定鍵“回"存 入。在調(diào)整完下限數(shù)值后，按設(shè)定鍵可退出。1 小時后下限上升 為 0.1MPa 時間清除：重新做實驗，持續(xù)按“--"鍵不釋放，**先顯示時間 值，10 秒后時間可從 0 小時開始， “！ "工作時不能誤按。

?保持30min，使試樣充分膨脹，然后每隔 1h打開加壓閥 門提高0.1MPa的水壓，直至達(dá)到規(guī)定壓力。若測試過程中出水 口一直沒有水流出，判定該試件的耐靜水壓性能合格， 否則判定 該試件的耐靜水壓性能不合格。

?檢驗結(jié)果計算依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。

? At a position more than 100mm from the edge of the bentonite waterproof blanket, draw a circular arc with the same diameter as the pervious stone of the South 55 type osmometer. Use a dropper to drip an appropriate amount of water around the circular arc. Cut the specimen in a curved line.

? Place the pervious stone on the bottom of the South 55 type osmometer, place a layer of quartz sａnd on the pervious stone, place a sample on the quartz sand, and fill the space around the sample with bentonite powder to compact it. The sample height is the same. Fill the top of the sample with fine sand, then cover another permeable stone and top cover, tighten the nut, open the pressure valve to properly pressurize the water supply chamber.

? Pressure setting: Press the setting key "Back" after starting the machine, press the shift key ">", and then press the adjustment keys "+" and "-" to adjust the value. After adjustment, press the setting key "Back" to save . After adjusting the lower limit value, press the set key to exit. After 1 hour, the lower limit rises to 0.1 MPa. Time clear: Re-do the experiment, keep pressing the "-" key without releasing, ** first display the time value, the time can start from 0 hours after 10 seconds, and "!" Cannot be pressed by mistake during work. .

? Time check: press “—" key, pressure will change to hour display, upper limit is minute, lower limit is second. After 30 seconds return to the pressure display,

? Zero adjustment: if it does not return to zero when there is no pressure after starting, press it once to set it to zero. Do not press the zero key when there is pressure, and set it to zero after depressurizing. When all the gas in the permeameter is exhausted from the exhaust pipe, immediately close the valve to close the exhaust pipe.

? Keep it for 30 minutes to fully expａnd the sample, and then open the pressure valve every 1 h to increase the water pressure of 0.1 MPa until the specified pressure is reached. If there is no water flowing out of the water outlet during the test, it is judged that the test piece has passed the hydrostatic pressure resistance, otherwise it is judged that the test piece has failed the hydrostatic pressure resistance.

? Calculation of inspection results is performed according to relevant standards.

鈉基膨潤土防水毯耐靜水壓測定儀實驗完畢，打開排氣、放水閥，清理儀器表面，把常試倉 壓蓋，倉底盤，擦干并涂上防銹油脂，如設(shè)備長期不用，可打開 主機(jī)右下方的放水閥門，將系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的水全部放出，以防凍裂。
