送紙單元

·可連續(xù)或隔張送紙（有計數(shù)器）。

·采用前緣滾輪送紙，可調(diào)整送紙行程，減輕拉紙輥的壓力。

·前緣送紙加大吸風流量，送紙更平穩(wěn)、準確。

·變頻控制真空氣流及壓力，以配合紙板尺寸。

·拉紙膠輥為雙層膠，內(nèi)層軟、外層硬，既保持內(nèi)層彈性又保證表面耐磨，減少壓扁送入 , 的紙板。

·除塵裝置：毛刷及風機清除紙板表面紙屑。多個風機直抽加多排靜電毛刷　及轉(zhuǎn)動圓毛刷，清除紙板表面粉塵。

·拉紙膠輥間隙，左右擋紙板位置，電腦控制調(diào)整。

·后托紙架電動控制前后，加快設(shè)置速度。

印刷單元

·卷軸掛版，360 度鎖緊裝置，讓掛版操作簡單，對位更準確。

·快速換版，快速修正貼版時產(chǎn)生的傾斜誤差，達到修正范圍內(nèi)。

·全程真空吸附高精度傳送，套印精度高。

· 印刷單元固定機組加寬，有助于油墨干燥，保證套印精度（可選裝烘干系統(tǒng)）。

·印刷輥相位采用伺服電機驅(qū)動，配接 Endat 高精度編碼器，有效保證了伺服轉(zhuǎn)動系統(tǒng)的控制精度。套色控制系統(tǒng)直接連接到伺服，反應(yīng)快，精度高。

·設(shè)有卡紙感應(yīng)器，使操作更安全可靠。

The fixed group be widen of the polishing unit,it can help speed up the oil-dry.

·You can adopt water base or UV varnish to polish when the polishing unit works,also to use as printing unit.

干燥單元

·伺服電機驅(qū)動，保證不影響印刷精度。

·干燥單元可選購紅外線或紫外線干燥系統(tǒng)。

·根據(jù)紙板的寬度，可分段控制紅外燈管，節(jié)約能源。

·紫外線干燥方式快速烘干印刷品表面的 UV 光油，避免模切時出現(xiàn)的拖花現(xiàn)象；同時也有效提高了產(chǎn)品的印刷速度

模切單元

·伺服電機驅(qū)動，保證印刷單元震動少，印刷更精準。

·膠墊輥補償采用獨立馬達驅(qū)動，控制膠墊輥筒的速度，補償范圍 ±3.5mm，使膠墊輥與刀模輥速度保持一致。

·膠墊輥機械螺旋換向 50mm 游動裝置，提高了膠墊的使用壽命。

·橫向相位，電腦及電動數(shù)字式控制，控制范圍在±10mm。

·模切相位調(diào)整通過 PLC 伺服驅(qū)動。

·膠墊輥切削修平結(jié)構(gòu)，保持膠墊表面平整。
