IMA應(yīng)用一覽
進(jìn)行復(fù)雜材料的研究分析, 如太陽能電池特性分析,半導(dǎo)體質(zhì)量控制。
研究包括活細(xì)胞和組織在內(nèi)的,復(fù)雜環(huán)境中的紅外標(biāo)記。
