特點(diǎn):

1.采用多個(gè)前向圓弧形葉片，葉片與輪蓋模具壓制成型，精密定位，連續(xù)焊接；

2.葉輪成形后經(jīng)靜、動(dòng)平衡校正，平衡等級(jí)≤4.0級(jí)（國(guó)標(biāo)），具有良好的空氣動(dòng)力性，效率高，噪音低，性能穩(wěn)定；

3.機(jī)殼均采用鍍鋁鋅板，經(jīng)機(jī)械化及模具加工后點(diǎn)焊連接而成；

4.葉片等離子切割工藝，精密夾具定位，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠；

1. Multiple forward arc aluminum alloy blades are formed from the mold, with features of precision positioning and continuous welding;

2. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced below G4.0 (the national standard is G4.0), high efficiency, low noise and stable performance;

3. The galvanized steel plate is used in the housing, spot welded after die processing and molding;

4. Blade plasma cutting technology and precision fixture positioning make stable and reliable operation;

5. With compact structure and convenient installation, it is available to directly connecting with the wind pipe;

6. Overheating protection: all motors are equipped with overheating protection device, to ensure the operation more safe and reliable.
