● 操作方便，不易堵布：因特殊設(shè)計(jì)的染槽內(nèi)網(wǎng)板及機(jī)尾擴(kuò)布裝置，使布匹即使在高速運(yùn)行下，也能在染槽內(nèi)自然折疊，有序移動(dòng)，且不擠壓，不打結(jié)。
● 液滿式擴(kuò)布裝置：令布匹浸浴于導(dǎo)布管之染液中，使織物在導(dǎo)布管中成展開狀高速運(yùn)行，故勻染性佳，織物張力小，且不易產(chǎn)生折痕和起毛現(xiàn)象。
● 松馳效果高：可任意調(diào)節(jié)噴咀水流，能給被處理織物帶來最合適噴射力，以達(dá)到高效的松馳和搓揉作用，故對萊卡及一些強(qiáng)捻織物、新合纖也能順暢地進(jìn)行處理。
