CR1200、CR1400型常溫常壓卷染機(jī)系列是目前國(guó)內(nèi)卷布直徑和布幅超大的卷染機(jī)，本機(jī)在吸收了日本、韓國(guó)及意大利等國(guó)各種卷染機(jī)的*技術(shù)，并結(jié)合廣大用戶(hù)實(shí)際情況，由我廠自行設(shè) 計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的，是印染行業(yè)的染色設(shè)備之一。本機(jī)適用于各種織物在常溫條件下的前后處理及進(jìn)行染色等工藝。廣泛適應(yīng)于印染行業(yè)小批量、多品種的發(fā)展需要，集退、煮、漂染工藝于一體，設(shè)計(jì)*、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、適應(yīng)性廣、性能優(yōu)良、維修簡(jiǎn)便、操作運(yùn)行安全可靠。
CR1200、CR1400type jigger dyeing machinewith the biggest cloth roll and the widest cloth. It is self-desingned and developed by our plant based on absor-ption of advanced technology of various dye jiggers from Japan, korea, Italy, etc and in the light of specitic conditions. It is the essential dyeing equipment in the dyeing and printing. The equipent is applicable for a variety of fabrics in pre and post-treatment and dyeing process at a constant temperature. It combines scouring,bleaching and dyeing processes into one and can conform to development of small batch and dive-rsified products in dyeing and printing trade. Bes-ides, it features novel design,reasonable structure,wide adaptability, excellent preformance and simple maintenance as safe and reliable operation.
主要特點(diǎn) FEATURE
采用交流變頻傳動(dòng)，PLC控制及數(shù)據(jù)通訊技術(shù)。
真正的直接布面張力、線速度檢測(cè)，閉環(huán)控制。 利用觸摸屏技術(shù)，具有良好的人機(jī)界面對(duì)話功能。
溫度自動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)調(diào)頭、自動(dòng)記道、自動(dòng)換向、自動(dòng)停車(chē)和擺布功能。 整機(jī)有染液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，可使染液的溫度與染料保持均勻。循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中還設(shè)有過(guò)濾裝置,以防管路堵塞。
具有頂置加熱保溫裝置，保證伸溫率，提高生產(chǎn)效率。 整機(jī)設(shè)有頂罩照明燈、故障報(bào)警燈、緊急停車(chē)桿等附屬裝置，操作安全、維修方便。
放水閥、氣囪、出布橫臂氣動(dòng)控制。 全機(jī)主要器件均采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，保證機(jī)器性能穩(wěn)定、運(yùn)行可靠。
全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多種工藝組合。
Adopt AC frequency converted transmission, PLC & Digital communication technique. Real direct detection for cloth surface tension, linear speed; CLC, the closed loop control.
Touch-Screen technique, good human-machine interface for communication. Temperature auto-control, auto-reverse, auto-track recording,change-up, auto-stop and auto-sway function.
Liquor circulating system can maintain uniform temperature of dye liquor and homogeneous dye distribution; liquou litter device is fixed in the circulating system for avoviding pies to be clogged. A top-mounted heating and heat-insulating apparatus is filled for ensu-ring rate of temperature rise and increasing productivity.
Auxiliary devices such as top-mounted illuminating light, waming light emergency stop lever,are equipped to provide safe operation and easy maintenance. Discharge valve.gas shaft. Pneumatically-controlled delivery cross arm.
All key parts are imported to ensure the performance of the machine stable and teliable. Fully automatic control for the production procession, easily compile multi-technology combinations.
